Supernova the Strongwoman was exactly what our second through fourth graders needed! Her engaging and interactive performance had students and adults laughing and participating throughout an entire 50 minutes. I'd recommend this performance to any school.
Artist Biography
Trained by Cirque Du Soleil coaches in Montréal, Québec, Supernova the Strongwoman amazes audiences with insane feats of strength, daredevil acrobatics, and interactive comedy! She brings high-level circus skills to the stage along with a heartfelt message of empowerment and the celebration of individuality.
Teaching Philosophy
Tera strives to reinforce the concept that dedication to your dreams outweighs the myth of "natural talent." Even if students are starting small with bringing more athleticism and health into their lives, she believes that ALL EFFORT deserves to be celebrated. Tera’s assemblies plant the seeds for developing more awareness, persistence, collaboration, and resilience. She wants her audiences not only to laugh, gasp, and be involved directly in the performance, but to take away tools that they can utilize for pursuing whatever goals they feel passionate about in their lives.
