Will Hornyak

About the Artist

2004 Sunburst Artist of the Year
Will’s storytelling opens to the door to many communities and occasions: fables for kindergartners, Arthurian legends for a college mythology class, a storytelling workshop for a sales team.

Teaching Philosophy

Stories expose students to many predicaments, characters, cultures, ideas and traditions. I use participatory stories to explore the unique voice, gesture and expression of each student.

"A master of audience inclusion, Will draws students gracefully into his performances. He is a world class storyteller. I can't recommend him enough." --Principal, Vancouver
