Program Description

Anne’s 1-Woman Alice in Wonderland show takes your students with Alice on her Hero’s Journey through Wonderland, bringing the Mad Hatter, Red Queen, White Rabbit and more right into your classroom. Through an ingenious costume and multiple voice and gesture styles, Anne brings episodes and characters from Wonderland alive, motivating students to read the written text. Introduces students to the format and possibilities of a solo theater show.

“During your performance, I forgot it was just you on stage!” commented a 4th-grade student after experiencing Anne’s “Alice.". Can be accompanied by exercises from Anne’s workbook “Who Are You in Wonderland."

This performance is also available as an assembly performance (175 students maximum)
