About the Artist
Kids Junk Orchestra emphasizes musical enrichment by encouraging youth to tap into their imagination and creativity. Through the use of non-conventional items such as buckets and recycled items, youth learn how to create various sounds and rhythms.

Program Description
Rhythm & Motion teacher workshop is a drum class that introduces teachers to ways they can use rhythm and drumming in their classrooms to hone critical listening skills and increase group cooperation- all while they get to drum themselves!
Teachers know how to read their class, they're good at having their eyes on the ensemble. Kids Junk Orchestra will show them how to use those skills with rhythm and energy.
