About the Artist
Will has performed at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesboro, TN and at regional festivals throughout the United States. He has taught classes in storytelling and mythology at Portland State Univ., Marylhurst Univ. and Lewis and Clark College.
Teaching Philosophy
Will believes that every student has a unique voice and style of expression. His work is to help students discover and refine their gifts of speaking, gesture, movement and facial expression to bring stories to life.

Program Description
From American tall tales and Native American myths to Mexican fables, Russian fairytales and beyond, Will Hornyak ("Storyteller par excellence!" says The Oregonian) weaves a wide web of engaging, participatory, beautifully crafted stories.

Coyote Tales and Northwest Myths: The earliest stories from our region
The Story of Medio Pollito: Bilingual English-Spanish stories
Living Streams: Stories for healthy watersheds
