Program Description

RESIDENCY GOALS
1. To achieve a 100% comprehension rate of the curriculum goals for the residency.
2. To convince every teacher they can -- easily and without chaos -- add daily kinesthetic arts integration lessons in their classroom.
3. Become a residency so effective and fun that we become an annual tradition schools ask for over and over.

Through a BodyVox Residency students will:
LEARN and CREATE dance
PERFORM their own choreography
APPRECIATE the process of dance as art
SHARE thoughts and questions about dance
DISCOVER the joy and theatricality of movement
RELATE to self, peers, teachers, community and world
INQUIRE about events in life through dance and movement.
