About the Artist
Peggy is an award-winning teaching artist trained in visual art and textiles. She paints, collages and weaves and has been inspiring students to learn and create since 1995.
Teaching Philosophy
The happy sound of students absorbed in art making; discovering, collaborating and reflecting is what Peggy strives for. Students problem solve through process, understand through imagination and gain confidence through experience.
Testimonial
"Peggy is incredibly creative, easy to work with, inspiring, and she is fantastic with students and teachers. Our kindergarten students joyfully collaborated on three beautiful pieces of art. It was a wonderful experience for all!" -- Teacher, WLWV
